When is it a pet emergency?
If you are worried about your pet, call us immediately.

Pets often hide signs of illness. Seek urgent veterinary advice if your pet shows any of the following:
- Difficulty breathing
- Collapse, weakness, or seizures
- Difficulty walking or standing
- Pale gums
- Persistent vomiting or diarrhoea
- Unproductive retching or bloated abdomen
- Straining to urinate or blood in urine
- Severe pain or sudden behavioural changes
- Eye injuries, redness, or swelling
- Abnormal lumps or swellings
- Unusual bleeding or discharges
- Loss of appetite with lethargy
- Open wounds
- Severe skin problems
